Mr Walker looking at the announcement in August 2023 it states
2 Mining leases covering approximately 18K2 and the Stage 2 expansion have been granted for a period of 10 years with the right of a further 10 year renewal under the Tanzanian Mining Act.
I think it relates more to companies who have pegged mining leases and really have no intention of developing it.
