Very interesting, I wonder how that would benefit publicly listed companies. If Ukraine started trading zavaliesky graphite for American weapons (for example) how would zava make its profit? Trump has mentioned shown his understanding of the critical minerals shortage and he stands to move faster than most politicians. Hopefully some good news coming

The problem with internal funding is Bunyu graphite wouldnt present significant enough returns to be able to make it attractive enough for the people supplying the cash. This can be dealt with by finding partners who need the refined products which pay a premium. Ideally we have stage 1 Bunyu and the Alabama refinery financed at the same time. Not absolutely necessary but that’s the ideal in these price conditions.
This is why PC is so focused on the temu cooker. Because it not only refines, but it does so at much lower margins. He also seems to think the capex required to build a big enough plant to do it at scale is significantly less than what our competitors have paid.
