Theyv had the greatest opportunity even.One of the biggest graphite deposits in the world.Sold out stage one how long ago? But for years they can find 40 million.Whether a loan a JV anything? Understandable now with conditions but what about back then? I personally recon the right management would of had the stuff on the ship years ago.
You know the old story about a pizza shop that makes shit pizzas and nobody wants them.Then a new owner comes in with "under new management " on the door.People give it a try and its always packed cos the pizzas are fantastic!!! Get my drift????...
