Theyv had the greatest opportunity even.One of the biggest graphite deposits in the world.Sold out stage one how long ago? But for years they can find 40 million.Whether a loan a JV anything? Understandable now with conditions but what about back then? I personally recon the right management would of had the stuff on the ship years ago.
