The Serbian incumbent looks likely to win the upcoming election, this improves our chances of a revival at Jadar.
Putin has, so far, gone as far as Biden (the absolute fool) let slip that he would allow him to go. Putin can now go back to his sycophants in Moscow looking all tough and feel their love.
The UN can run round like headless chickens some more and decide to only put sanctions on those break away regions.
Ukraine will probably benefit from losing the festering sore that is the Donbas region and it can be Russia's problem now (congrats Putin, you win...... genius ? )
Fingers crossed this is what happens, only time will tell..... but I will be holding now more than ever. That gimp Putin can do one!!!!
