Jeremy Barlow [Director]

Jeremy has been a director of CH4 Gas Limited since its formation in April 2000 prior to joining Arrow Energy as a director in August 2006.

Jeremy has nearly 40 years of diverse technical and commercial experience in the petroleum and coal industries, both as an executive in operating companies in Australia and overseas and as a consultant to numerous international clients.

Mr Norman Joseph Zillman

Mr. Norman Zillman is a professional geologist with almost 40 years experience in exploration and production in the petroleum and coal industries in Australia and internationally. Norm has held positions of Managing Director of Queensland Gas Company Limited, Exploration Manager and subsequently Deputy General Manager of Crusader Limited, General Manager Exploration and Production with Claremont Petroleum NL and Beach Petroleum Limited (“Beach”), and Manager of the Petroleum Branch of the Queensland Department of Mines and Energy and State Mining Engineer for Petroleum. He was recently Chairman of Blue Energy Limited and is Chairman of both Yunnan China Cooper Australia Limited and Hot Rock Limited.

Mr Zillman holds a B.Sc (Botany) and B.Sc (Geology) from the University of Queensland and is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
Dr Raymond Douglas Shaw
Executive Director and Chairman

Dr Shaw has over 25 years experience in the upstream oil and gas industry. He commenced his professional career as a petroleum explorationist with Shell Development Australia in Perth, and later became a principal of a geophysical consulting firm based in Sydney, prior to becoming Vice-President and resident director in Singapore of the Swiss based international consulting firm, Petroconsultants SA. He was a director of Hillgrove Gold N.L., and as a Sydney based independent consultant provided exploration acreage advice to industry, government, bank and aid agencies including a part time consultant to the NSW Department of Mineral Resources for seven years. He was foundation managing director of Great Artesian Oil and Gas Limited from 2003 until March 2007.

Dr Shaw holds a B.Sc (Hons 1) and Ph.D from the University of Sydney and Dip Law (SAB) and Grad Dip Legal Studies (UTS). He is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, the American Association of Petroleum Geologists and Petroleum Exploration Society of Australia and was admitted as a Legal Practitioner in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1995 (currently non-practising).
