For what it's worth, the Ukraine mine is a long way from breakaway regions in eastern Ukraine.

So what impact this will have to the remainder of Ukraine is an unknown and whether this even eventuates is another unknown. This whole saga seems to be changing on a daily basis. We are constantly being told by the Russians that they WILL NOT invade Ukraine and we are constantly being told by the Americans that Russia will be invading any day now. That dialogue has been going on for weeks. Perhaps we should all throw a coin in the air, and call heads or tails.

What we do know is that life is going on as usual for the 40 million people who reside in that country. I have not heard that the employees of Volts Zavalievsky mine have decided not to turn up for work. From my understanding work is continuing as usual and nothing has changed in that regard.
From my personal perspective that is what is most relevant at this point in time.
