On ASIC 484 Form lodged in April I found the following:

Immunaid shares issued prior to placement 8,800,000
1,000,000 shares issued to 9 investors.
Shares issued after placement 9,800,000

Using the 71.7% equity statement in the 2011 Annual Report: shares held by Genetic Technologies at the time of the report would be 6,309,600.

I believe the equity position of GT in Immunaid to be 64.4% after the placement.
I also note that the total funds raised by the issue of 10,000,000 shares is $3,594,082.

I don't know where that $4.5 million figure came from so I have written to the company asking how the amount is derived.
