Once again..let's me clarify....
Gtg did NOT reduce their stake for a mere 1m....and they did NOT receive the 1m.
They only received what immunaid repaid (out the 1m IT raised) for past loans etc etc...
What they did get or end up with is a holding worth 4.6m as opposed to what they had which was 70% of no value..in other words, the value of 10m was ONLY The result of a raise where shares were valued at $1.
It was not 70% of nothing to 46% of nothing as some one also stated.
They had nothing...now they have a holding worth 4.6m
After a second round in the near future,,,that will rise significantly again even with a further reduction in their holding because Immunaids value will again increase when round 2 shares at much higher levels increase the value of the company, and gtg,s stake as a result.
Not sure what is so hard to understand and it seems many are confusing matters that are infect rather simple.
