Price action has been driven by the court case and halt, and we are still in the eddies of that (and may be for a while yet). Especially if the "Europeans" have been hiding shares to play some games. It all comes out in the wash eventually.
When the price broke out and rallied, suddenly price was illegitimate to you; when it goes down it represents value. I believe I found a Billis quote on this somewhere. You probably remember it. Ill dig it up and post it here
