W27 - Probably the best post I have read regarding this company. Had Jones and his cronies not been removed, CBIO would be in administration by now having racked up losses of 110 million dollars. You are spot on about the legal action according to a source who has knowledge of the case. In his opininion, the defendants case is weak and should never go to trial. I gain some satisfaction in the knowledge that Jones plus cronies have retained Stephen Russell from Russells to defend them. This bloke is one of if not the most expensive lawyers in Brisbane. He defends the likes of Storm Financial owners - he doesn't discriminate, as long as they can pay his bills. Jones refers to Russell as the baracuda because he bites clients in the same way Jones use to bite shareholders. ( Monsour, Himsteed ...us). Heading and Campbell are 2 impressive directors to have on board. This is the companies last chance. I see some of the half wits who criticised the direction taken by the company late last year in their blogs have been silent of late.
