APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS The board of Tox Free Solutions Limited wishes to advise the appointments of Mr Stephen Gostlow and Mr Richard Allen as directors of the Company. Mr Allen is an engineer with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry including a number of senior management positions.

BSc(Hon), Chem Eng, MBA Manager until December 2001, after which he took up a
Managing Director consulting role to the company and was appointed Managing
(Resigned 24 October 2003) Director on 12 March 2003. He resigned in October 2003.

Mr Richard Blumberg, 36 Richard Blumberg is experienced in merchant and investment
BCompt (Hons) CASA banking. He was a co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of
Non-Executive Director Afribrand Holdings Limited, a listed food and beverage company
(Resigned 15 August 2003) on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. Richard is currently
Managing Director of HFM Limited, a venture capital funds
management business and is Chief Executive Officer of Hochma
Development Fund Limited. He was appointed as a director on
August 2001 and resigned on 15 August 2003.

Mr Ray King 65 Ray King is Chairman of McPherson’s Limited and the St Kilda
Non-Executive Director Football Club, a past Chairman of King Island Company Limited
