    I'm not sure there was any need to "lure" investors here.

    No-one got as many as they wanted at the IPO. Hence the fact its trading around 60c when the IPO was 25c.

    And looking today at the buyers willing to continue to support it at this level suggests there are more who think ~60c is a reasonable price.
