maybe they should be also be reporting on staff retention across divisions, as this is going to be reflected in future earnings, when the quality of staff exiting BAPCOR group companies to competitors, it won't paint a pretty picture, experience of 10, 15, 20 year employees, will surely have an impact on revenue.
