Yes I am hearing that experienced staff who hit targets are leaving. Culture starts at the top. Look at the Chair. Her handling of Darryl Abotomy was weak and dispiriting for the company. The SP reacted appropriately but does the Chair care about the SP or some other esoteric feel good measure. I sold out awhile ago and will not return whilst the current Chair remains in place.
