    Morning all...

Now that EPY has delisted from AIM it will be interesting to see whether any of the UK shareholders appear here.

This is a post I made a few days ago on ADVFN - any thoughts?

"As a long-term (thankfully not continuously so!) shareholder in EPY I've been wondering what might lead to a positive revaluation of this business...

The existing cash flow from Malaysia is useful although far from exciting in sp terms.

Management have shown themselves to be incompetent at expanding into other regional markets so far (eg: India, Indonesia).

The share issue to Simon Loh in February 2007 appeared to be based on 'manipulated' software sales figures which brought into play the question of trust.

So I guess that leaves the China prospect. How confident should we be that this could lead somewhere? How confident are we, the shareholders, in the management?"
