The Frankston by-pass will help Easlink so to will the conection from the end of the Eastern Fwy thru to Footscray. They really need good roads at each end of Eastlink which they don't have ATM.
The Eastern Fwy comes to a T - intersection at Hoddle St and the Frankston Fwy is a joke.
Eastlink will be a great stock when the roads at each end are fixed up.
I use it often - it is very handy but a bit expensive. The tunnel is $2.28 for about 4 kms - too expensive IMO and really it doesn't save a heap of time unless it is peak hr.
