I think interests rates are keeping things going, Alot of those families along eastlink are proberely saving $200 a month off there house loans.
They still have jobs also.
It's very hard to try and even guess where things are going and where they might be in 6months, 1 year or even 2 years.
Low interest rates and jobs will keep connect east ticking along.
