eastlink is the only sensible transport link north to south in the outer subs.
stud rd. is the only other option and i understand the vic govt may look at up grading it to accomodate additional public transport which will limit capacity for cars and trucks.
have a look at he major industrial areas east of melbourne.
bayswater, dandenong & franksaton
