Although GSK’s “reservation method” was foreseeable before the lawsuit settlement you could hardly expect a bunch of clowns settling for $20 million to negotiate a percentage cut to BTA in such an event.
I'm sure there will be enough money in the bank to keep the clowns in the manner to which they have become accustomed, and after all, that's the important thing.
