One possible future scenario is...
Is that instead of another Capital Raising a "Convertible Note" is offered where "X" funds are obtained as a loan that can be converted to shares or alternatively the loan can be recalled if it is not converted to shares.
If this is ever presented to Shareholders as an option, please consider this carefully, you need to protect yourselves from a hostile takeover attempt if the loan can not be repaid or if the share conversion is a really bad deal.
I sold out at 30 cents, I really don't want to see the long term holders missing out again due to their loyalty to FMS over the last 10+ years
