We might all be wrong with he predictions of the future share price of PLS. I had a look at the growth of FMG from the time of the resources boom in 2005. Their SP was $0.30 with revenues of $3m and loss making. In 2008 their Sp was $13.00! thats a 43 bagger. The revenue was $200m and still loss making! The iron ore price went from $62 to $145 in that time frame, or only 2.3x. I compare FMG very much with PLS as timing of the boom is similar and management has similar experience and "make it happen attitude" FMG, MC was around the 25B -30B in 2008. The big difference is of course that PLS carries far less debt, will make far larger revenues and instant profits. beside having the opportunity to vertically integrate. If during this roll out Spod prices double then even a 43 bagger might be conservative. Only time will tell what the share price will do over the next 2- 5 years, but we all could be way off with our estimates.
