Too many loose holders still willing to give their shares up cheaply. Need that to stop to get a meaningful run up. OR a good announcement from company.
There did not appear to be any sellers below $1 and and soon as the buyer stepped up with 50K of shares to buy it was sold into. Someone or some insto is still wanting out. OR trying to make a statement for the 11Dec AGM.
