Hi Richard, a few scenarios for you to help me out, please?

    1) Pact pay out $30 millions and TIC founders buy in more shares as much as they can for the price to be up to $1 exactly and waiting to RG to come down to negotiate with them or some how put the price TIC founders agree on say $2 or $2.50 or $2.80 or even $3 (whatever the amount maybe). Do you think is there any chances RG can go to the Court and said that TIC's founders demand price is unreasonable and request the Court to put in CA order at his price or for the Court to determine what is 'fair price'? How would the Court determine fair price? Can we join TIC founders with claim to the Court that request the Court to dismiss RG's claim for CA by saying we can wait for the business to get better before selling shares out to him with better price than at this current stage, when the whole economy still got bound down with high interest rate and surge in material cost? Can the Court dismiss RG's claim to the Court with TIC founders and the remaining share holders interference and request?

    2) What happened if Pact sell out their contract manufacturing division and buy in another business? (Just like ORA, go over there to view their discussions). I meant over there, the businesses is still the same, but big story for a rejected takeover proposal, and a swap in business (buy/sell)) and their sp chart over there make a big U shape I suppose? All I am thinking is that can investor appreciation factor and supply/demand chart outplay normal economy rules? Do you think it is a good idea?

    3) Speaking of which, while nearly all companies are already putting form out for AGM/EGM for items to vote. I wonder when is Pact's turn. I am assuming like normal there would be an item for vote of remuneration report? Despite a few good executives and some bad a** individuals, and their effort to put some news out, I am still not sure of their intention to secure the vote and then walk away and doing little later on, I am thinking of ticking a 'NO' on that item just for fun. Do you think it is a good idea?

I know what you are trying to tell us and guess I am more into human factor thinking, and it really confuse with company valuation and investor appreciation? Can you help me out?
