Richard, I agree wholeheartedly, but your basing your reasoning off the financials issued by RG.
It is not in his interest to make these look pretty.
The company is still making large investments in new facilities. Once you factor in these and the revenue they will generate it goes a long way to supporting a much higher SP in the next few years.
