I enjoy your objective and subjective views and also taking the time to post as such, hope your recovery from your incident is swift.

I have a question also for the general readership of which I have mentioned on a previous occasions in regards to the Directors that quickly fell into line offering up their personal holdings in the company at the offer price of 0.84 cents such as,
    MICHEAL WACHTEL
CARMEN CHUA who bought 210 000 shares at an average price of $2.05 and booked a loss of $254 050 on that holding, now what did she believe was the potential of the company during the 9 occasions that she bought into PGH that the she all of a sudden had bailed out for a very large loss. Now I’m not suggesting that she was buying for RG all along to use as a tool of support for the offer or that it could even have been to support the share price at the time that I am not suggesting, but what was the motivation or pressure that led to that sale?

One thing I do believe is that the directors were not acting in the best interests of the shareholders at that time and so would they be now?
