I agreed with your view on liquidity issues, my guess is that if Tic founders win the 30 million dollars case, they will have the money to buy in more to support the price. Else if they lose, they will not release their holdings of Pact until they get their demands price. Either way it's good but takes time.
On the opposite hand, even if RG want to privatise or 3% creep up rule, the price will push up. Of course, RG can't buy anything at this stage so we may have to wait at the earliest till December.
I think if RG go to the Court to prove that his offer price is fair, he will be challenged by many holders about the fair price issues so good luck with that.
I don't think the delisting is possible anyways. What is the point of spending hundred million dollars and unable to privatise it to run it his way and then to delist the company, making the company unable to price its value? That was just like tossing hundred millions plus interest into the rubbish bin and burn it.
I think RG's actions will be in a year time. It hurts him more to leave the price hanging like this. Since June, he has been on the news 2 times. I am not sure this guy can be bothered to wait and playing around with us. I reckon Richard is right when he said be patient.
