let's assume according to your prediction scenario, which is unlikely at this stage, shouldn't the price based on the value of last trading day not 84 cents? I was confused on that issue?

Compulsory acquired if RG needs to get over 90% and 70% or something plus of the remaining shares on the market or he needs to prove to the court once he get closer to 90%. But I don't see how he could do that when other big players refuse to give him at 84 cents. All I am saying is the price won't be 84 cents, it is based on the price of last trading day and perhaps Tic founders' approval.

I think it is entering accumulation mode and trading mode right now, which I am suck at. Maybe I watch a bit and slowly top up.

Just my guess, could be wrong.
