Now , as a wealthy property owner , I would love to see that , it would be much better than a subsidy tailored for the lower end. Reducing transaction costs on financialisation of the housing stock , what's not to like about that.
Not that I am a fan of such subsidies in general, I would much rather see public funds directed to public housing, if you really want to restore some equity in Australian housing.
