You have to look at the monthly consolidation, you cant count it until end of month, just like all GWh announcements a couple of days past end of month. I think it is because they have a backed off market contract which won't settle until end of month.
Knowing the guys they are very big on being sure, I will call and see if I can get anything, Ben is the guy you need to talk to.
