how did
P = (P1 + D1)/ (1 + r)
suddenly become
P = D1/(1+r) ???
then become
(1+r) - P/D1 ???
I assume
r = risk factor
so future_price_P =
(current_price_P1 PLUS dividends_D1) * adjustment-due-to-risk.
adjustment_due_to_risk = 1 / (1+r)
