Just a few notes to add if I may:
1. Nic Curtis has stated that Lynas will only expand according to customer demand. ie Only produce what they can sell, and not create excess to flood the market.
2. 22kt 'capacity'. Doesn't mean they will produce this - see #1. Similar to molycorp saying that they will be 40kt capacity. And who's going to buy 40kt of ce and la and a few unprocessed HREE rocks from the carpark? :)
3. I don't believe Molycorp will actually end up producing 40kt with phase 2. They may get to P1 of 19kt. I could be wrong - next few months will be interesting though...
4. Recall also the current pricing is only chinese pricing, meaning current valuation on this data is likely to be inaccurate. (refer post #8931519 for more detail on pricing, premium, etc)
