A contributing factor to the discussion regarding workforce pay is australias love affair with TAXING!
Yeah sure theirs labour cost but I'm with timmo there Australia's skilled workforce and that includes your skills and experience OMG far out weighs the rest of the world but the real thorn in foreign investors backsides is.....
1: carbon tax
2: mining tax
3: strong Australian dollar
4: did I mention TAX
Good old Gillard!!
This is why your finding mines being put on care and maintenance here in Australia
