Future Supply Gap

Just wondering posters thoughts on ARU brining mine to production if targeting a future supply gap in market. I realise this will be dependant on funding and off-takes etc but keen to hear opinion about realistic timeframe for ARU moving forward. 

I expect the Chinese to remain price manipulators in rare earths space, so also interested if anyone sees a 2011-12 scenario playing out again in the future which may benefit ARU

I have bought and sold ARU a handful of times over the years and done ok through luck more than anything. Keen to pick a price-point for re-entry and stick with them until close to production,
