Charts can be seen as a visual representation of the fundamentals, where you can spot a turn in sentiment, often following good news that the market has seen, but isn't valuing yet and wants further proof points.
Huge amount of support around these levels for ARU share price over a 5 year period, just now needs time to consolidate and build a solid trend line higher. Plenty of upcoming announcements in 2019 to help with that.
