You guys are absolutely correct !. Options will not count if they can get away with your company with a low ball offer less than 8c.

The relevant questions are: Would you accept it?, or would your directors recommend any such a lousy offer less than 8c ?. I don't think so....

China banks and bond holders would have already done so, if they think they can get away with it atm..

I am talking about long terms strategy play for offers better than 8c, during the recovery stage 2014-2015.
