future timings requested

We have now received the long awaited announcement indicating that progress is occurring and that things may be happening. Am wondering whether anyone has a view as to how long these things will likely take to become a reality. I am well aware that nothing may actually occur!

We know that the Directors are hoping to have all the necessary reports, for relisting to occur, to be completed by end of June. There will need to be a general meeting to allow shareholders to vote on necessary changes for possible re-structure, etc. The announcement also stated that wells would be progressively re-established to production and most would be completed by the end of the year. Also, interested parties may come on line to provide finance, strategic leadership (new direction and independent directors) and joint venture play to take Mae forward as a producing O & G company.

There was a thought, in previous posts, that all would be completed by June but that would seem impracticable. In reading over the announcement there is no clear time table as to when it may occur.

Am hoping that someone with more information and insight than I might be able to give an idea as to specific or general times/dates as to when thing might now occur.

Some will respond that this company will never achieve any of the stated outcomes. We know who they are but not necessarily their motivation for their comments, expecially as, to this date, all current shareholders have a true understanding that their holdings are worthless until a restructure occurs. No one can buy or sell shares in this company so the damage has been done with no one being hurt on entry. No needfor warnings.

Only after extensive due dillegence will another company/financer/significant investor(s)/bank/backer/joint venturer enter the fray. They will have a much better understanding of the dynamics, true situation and value of the company than we simple posters/holders/non-holders will ever have. A change in Directors will be significant, in my view, to future direction and utilization of the know (245bcfg) and possible (3tcfg)and thereby give actual/real value back to the company. Neg or pos posters on forums such as this will have no significance to their decision making.

So, if anyone can give a possible time table of what the announcement contains, I would certainly appreciate it. Regards to all.
