I am also sore about the no in specie distribution, but, I believe that management have made a sound decision, based on the research I have done the past 24 hours or so. BTV gets 20% (pre IPO) of Thor, which has a project with a projected (tungsten/ molybdenum)net cash return of $140m over the inital 4 years and a current measly market cap of $15m. The upside on that IPO is enormous, I would have thought. I think there is method in their madness...time will tell.
