    Successful people are achievers - they don't consider failure. The new Board has this culture. Rather than OBJ being a one man band, they may now bring some scope into the business dealings of this company. Meaning the focus will now be commercial rather than all things technical. The new "pinstripes" are well connected and can sniff out deals. They will have plans.
