Thank you for your posts .... it is good to get a first hand feel for what is going on over there in those countries.

I was heartened by the comments that the quality of the portfolio is good .....

The point made that we are awaiting on the economies of these countries to improve is also insightful given the out line of the almost refugee dealing on the edge of the roads/streets making life difficult for the shop traders.

I think that it is encumbant upon the management of AEZ to be making representations to the government's to address the problem of these vagrant traders if it is against the laws of that country to set up stalls ...... who is more likely to pay the taxes to the government in this situation????

There are ways and means and at the moment AEZ needs to be mean.
