From reading the prospectus it is my understanding that the test burn product and tonnage to china is going to cost 500k? So even if the 3.8m isn't fully raised we can still send for a test burn?, hopefully with good results even though there should be no reason for bad results going off previous testburns with tincom deal then if a offtake agreement is reached maybe another small cap-raise wouldn't be so difficult to retrieve rest of money needed for arups design for tender ?? Or is that not a possibility?
