Can power stations have the authority under their terms of agreement regarding coal use ,for getting involved with export, ??
Local use ,absolutely once the carbon tax is legislated,they will recieve billions for there effort.

Why do they want super pits of 60 million tons capacity.

Power stations now will be given ,no choice scenario to move SLOWLY AWAY from the cheap source to continually using the cheap source but make EXTRA millions from it.
