Can the coldry process be set to dry the coal for a lower calorific value of 5000 for local use and higher for export.
Will funding from FEDERAL package provide $$$$ for retrofit of LYP ? ABSOLUTELY YES under guidelines set in the clean energy policy.
Retrofit means 100 % use of coldry, greater return in carbon permits for joint venture partners whether it is ALCOA/ LYP or Tincom /LYP or both.
