    This is my take on the future of the company.

    When the DFT is completed, ECT could be a takeover target. I have no problem with that as long as it's done at the right price.

    We can then spin-off Matmor and start the process all over again.

    I know it sounds like a big call considering we are just surviving, but it is also very realistic should the upcoming capital raising be successful.
