The stock hit 55c on the basis of 2 heavy hitting brokers driving it there on "rumours" of a deal with the Saudi Airforce - they got the Saudi Post Office instead! Also, at that time "rumours" of Chinese Military, NASA, FBI, CIA, US Military etc were all fresh... the Monoco deal was "rumoured" to be consumated in August 2004 (yes 04) & when it didn't happen one of the brokers dumped it whilst the other stood aside after Saudi "mixup" in Mar.. so you see all "rumours" are a little stale now & stock is lacking solid support... despite what smuggler thinks contracts ytd are irrelevant because revenues are not growing.
