Below are some figures I have calculated based on the Financial Planning Industry using information easily accessible on the web.

I have used my own assumptions and some figures such as Clients per Advisor & Revenue per Client were taken from a 2012 report.

I have assumed that the 40% discount will be passed on in which practises will save on their Direct Costs. I have also assumed Intiger will be 80% of a firms Direct Costs (purely speculative).

All in all it is promising but their is a lot of work before we start seeing these figures as I believe Financial Practises will be quite tentative at the beginning.

I also believe there will be other services provided in the future as to reach the $40m NPAT Star Striker will need to have 75% of Practises using their Software which IMO is a large ask.

These figures are purely my calculations trying to value the business in which Star Striker has acquired.
