For me Enterprise value or "EV" is based on the future potential of the company...
For example look at Brainchip has an EV of over 100mil+
Just because SRT has cash in the bank now doesnt mean they wont use it in the future for developing new software or over growth prospects
SRT has an EV now of 16mil i think we more information that could well change
