I doubt they're just 'sitting' on it. They may very well be doing their 7th spell check but considering how tight they have been setting time frames, I would say there's no way they are just farting about doing nothing. IMO we will see a prospectus either tomorrow or Thursday and maybe even a presentation to go along with it (as indicated by the architect).

I suspect this afternoon we will see a bit more volume as some traders 'take a position' for the coming news flow.
