Bottom line is AWD screwed over Vonex on the deal. Vonex as a company is doing some good things and there is a chance they may still list in the near future. Apparently they have almost covered the AWD debt position they were burdened with before they were removed from the ASX.
Our money is not lost as we all still have our shares,so all we can do is wait for a relisting or even Vonex to be bought out.
I'm not loosing faith because I think fundamentally Vonex is a good company and has a future and also offers good tech that larger organisations may get threatened by and look to buy Vonex out to kill off the competition.
Yeah we are annoyed over how the merger was handled but there is nothing we can do about it. So lets just see what happens with the company we all have a share in.
