no after any consolidation you will still hold the same % you did before.
If you held 100 shares or 10% of a company which did a 10:1 consolidation, every other shareholder would have their shareholdings reduced by 10:1 also, so no change!
The only way you will lose in a consolidation is if there is further issue of shares at a lower price at date of consolidation.
As you know we closed at 2.7c on Nov 30, and a 3:1 consolidation meant we should open up at 8.1c. If this occurred you would still have the same cash out value either way. It's really down to the market to determine this at the end of the day and if the app is up and running prior to listing along with business growing quarter on quarter I can't see a loss situation, but this is only my opinion.
